Purple Chakra Wild Blueberry Superfood Shake

2 cups homemade Almond/Walnut Milk (with the Almond Cow blender)
Sprouted Living Protein Powder- Vanilla
1 tbs. Ground Flax Seed
1 Cup Wild Blueberries
1 Banana
Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
Cocoyo Vanilla Yogurt

Add the plant milk to blender, add protein powder and Lion’s Mane Powder, Flax and blend. Add the fruits and yogurt. The berries are frozen so it should be icy cold. If not you can add more ice.

You can simply make this without the Lion’s Mane and Yogurt and enjoy. The Almond Cow is amazing too, I highly recommend them for fresh milks. You can mix your nuts and the taste is amazing. Enjoy!
