Superfood Raspberry Strawberry Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 pints Raspberries
  • 2 pints Strawberries
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or Plant milk
  • 1 scoop Warrior Food Extreme Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbs.  Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbs. Maca Powder

Blend and enjoy!

Shakes are a great way to incorporate protein, phytonutrients from fruits, and flax!
So important are the Omegas!   Ground your organic flax seeds and store in airtight container for up to a week in fridge.
Love this combo, as I do not use raspberries too often, but it was simple to make and delicious!   Enjoy!
