It’s not news that dairy is not a health food. Remember it’s calf growth fluid full of hormones to make a calf grow bigger. The mother calf is artificially inseminated, pregnant for 9 months only to have her baby removed, and slammed into a veal crate if a male, if female, back into the line as a milk slave. All the hormones, antibiotics, pus, you are drinking while the calves suffer horrendously, the majority of them die from extreme temperatures, are thrown into dead piles while still alive, meanwhile the baby calves are fed milk replacers, so you can consume milk/dairy.
Other concerns from PCRM that correlate with these studies:
“Dairy contains contaminants that range from hormones to pesticides. Milk naturally contains hormones and growth factors produced within a cow’s body, too. In addition, man-made hormones such as recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) are commonly given to cows to increase their milk production.38Antibiotics are used to treat udder infections (mastitis) in cows. Traces of these antibiotics have been found in some samples of milk and dairy products.39 Unfortunately, antibiotics are used frequently, because mastitis is very common in cows due to farming practices that cause cows to produce more milk than nature intended.Pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and dioxins are other examples of contaminants found in milk. Dairy products contribute to one-fourth to one-half of the dietary intake of total dioxins.40 All these toxins tend to build up in the body over time. Eventually, this can harm the immune, reproductive, and nervous systems. Moreover, PCBs and dioxins have been linked to cancer.41Other contaminants that can make their way into milk include melamine (often found in plastics and can harm the kidneys and urinary tract) and cancer-causing toxins like aflatoxins.42,432” Physician’s Committee For Responsible Medicine, link below.
Certain green vegetables such as kale and broccoli are especially beneficial for bones because they contain both calcium and vitamin K.” For more on Plant Calciums search VGP website.

4. Prostate cancer patients who ate a Western diet were 2.5 times more likely to die from the disease. In addition, those who ate three or more servings of dairy products per day had a 141 percent higher risk for death from prostate cancer and a 76 percent increased risk for earlier mortality.
The study results, which were just published in the International Journal of Cancer and Cancer Prevention Research, followed 926 doctors with prostate cancer for an average of 14 years. The researchers tracked their dairy intake and grouped them into quartiles based on whether they followed a Western dietary pattern or a “Prudent” dietary pattern. The Prudent pattern had a higher amount of vegetables, fruit, legumes, fish, and whole grains; the Western pattern was heavy in dairy products, refined grains, and processed and red meats.” Source: Forks over Knives
