Beautifying Salad with Dill Tahini Goddess Dressing

Small Romaine Lettuces
Carrots sliced diagonal
Red Pepper chopped into squares
Red Cabbage Slivered

Garnish: Pumpkin Seeds, Kimchi, Broccoli Sprouts, Avocado, Artichoke


1/2 Cup Tahini
Water until consistentcy is smooth
approx. 1/4 cup or more
1 clove Garlic minced
1 Bunch Fresh Dill
1 Lemon juiced

Combine, and pour on salad! Enjoy this beautifying salad, sprouts are on the top five foods you can eat! Dill is great for immunity’s bone formation, a great source of maganese, essential mineral and full of calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin and zinc.

Artichokes are my favorite food these past two months if you can get your hands on this brand of artichokes, (I get them from a small local Spanish store) Artisanal “Masseria Mirogalla” Arthichokes. I highly recommend! Enjoy!
