Best Guacamole and Easy Salsa

2 Cups Avocado Mashed
1 Lime Juiced/Zested
1/2 cup Cilantro washed & diced
Red Onion just a Sliver and diced
1 tsp Jalapeño seeded and diced
1/3 cup EVOO

1 Clove Garlic diced
Halve Cherry Tomatoes
Salt

Mash the avocado in a bowl, squeeze the lime juice and blend into Avocado to prevent it turning brown. Blend rest of ingredients and delight to your tastebuds.

SALSA

2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes diced

1/4 Red Onion diced

1 Clove Garlic

Jalapeno, diced, seeded

Lime Juice

EVOO

Cilantro washed and diced
Salt

Wash and dice tomatoes. Try to remove as much seed in the process. Add a sliver of Red Onion. Just eye the ingredients, it’s easier that way for your taste. Combine and enjoy, plastic FREE!
