Blend in blender and serve over salad. This was reminiscent of a raw vegan meet-up we used to have, and a friend made something similar to this dressing from the meet-up. Dalila bought this Basil Dressing, I don’t recall her exact recipe but it’s easy to remember Tahini and Basil! A match made in heaven. Thank you Dalila for the inspiration!

Spring brings the delight of fresh salads, one of my favorite foods, for protein you can add chickpeas, or I have a thing for my favorite new food addition to most dishes – sunflower seeds are high in protein, boost your immunity with selenium and zinc, also contains B Vitamins, increasing energy levels, and they can also lower your risk of heart disease. –
You can sauté them in a cast iron with a little salt for a nice toasted crunch or serve raw. Either way you will enjoy this lovely salad.

Make a salad a day challenge! Let me know how it goes! A great way to get all your veggies in! Enjoy!
