1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 dates seeded
1/2 Orange Juice
1 Lime
Ginger grated
Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbs. Nama Shoyu
Water for perfect consistency

Blend all ingredients, for a more creamy consistency add water, taste. This is a healthy version of peanut sauce and you can add your heat as desired with the ginger and pepper flakes. I’m not a big peanut fan as I’ve learned from raw foodists they are not ideal. HHI taught me this, I might try Almonds next time. I made the BEST floral spring rolls to dip. Hopefully I’ll blog them.
