6 Large Organic Heirloom Tomatoes
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1 Handful Organic Basil destemmed
4 to 6 Large Cloves Garlic
1 Lemon Juiced
1 tsp Zahtar Spice
1 tsp Lemon Lavendar Sea Salt
Blend the tomatoes and add all the ingredients and blend until warmed, served with fresh chopped herbs, sliced avocado and splash of truffle oil for an even more elegant flavor. I love this soup at this prime time of tomato season, the garlic is added for prevention in this already started cold season, such a healing and delicious soup. So easy to make, so nutricious and simply out of this world!
Serve with a side of sautéed greens or large salad, makes a fantastic lunch or dinner!
