1 & 1/2 Cups Walnuts
12 oz. jar Roasted Red Peppers
1/4 Cup Pomegranate Molasses
1/2 Lemon Juiced
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 tbs. ground cumin toasted
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Add all ingredients and blend in a Vitamix, add your Olive Oil to your liking. Blend until smooth and creamy adjust as needed.

One of the best recipes ever! It’s a Syrian dish that delights the palate. Serve with cold Persian Cucumbers or Crudités. Previous recipe I served with the Lentil Lettuce cups and it was divine. If you can’t find the syrup, Pomegranate Juice would work just add a little high quality maple syrup to it. It has a kick with the red peppers. Really love this, it’s so good!
