1 Bunch Mustard Greens
Wash, stem and leave somewhat long
2 cloves garlic minced
Vegetable Stock/Just heat a 1/2 cup water and add a little piece of veggie bullion
Moutarde Royale Moutarde au Cognac Pommery ( Mustard with Cognac)
Heat Olive Oil in large cast iron pan, add the garlic, heat and add the greens, sauté until light green and done, approximately 4 minutes, while they cook add a just splash of vegetable stock and cover for a few seconds. Lift the lid and add lemon juice, Malton Sea Salt, and around 1 tbs Mustard.
Delicious, Nutritious and Easy! This recipe was on the growers sign at the small Organic market where I bought these, they at first looked like broccoli, because they didn’t have the red leaves, they were so gorgeous and tasty. Using certain brands makes a huge difference, hence the photo of this exquisite mustard they just said mustard on their recipe but this mustard really made it!
Also, tried this recipe on mixed greens from the garden and it was amazing! Hope you enjoy these exotic greens as much as I did!
