Moonjuice Protein Powder
Moonjuice Maca Powder
Flax Oil or ground
Blood Orange juiced
Garnish: Moroccan Baharat a Rose Cinnamon
Walnuts/Pears
Bring two cups of water to a boil, add the oatmeal and simmer on low until complete, approximately 5 minutes. Add to bowl with Mac and Protein Powder, Blood Orange for color and sweetner, flax and garnish with pears, walnuts.
This was so tricky to photograph, and at first thought oh no after all this work I can’t get a good filter and then discarded the first photo and tried again and magic happened with the Pearlescent color. Oatmeal is so grounding and healthy for you, one of the best meals for a vegan to start their day, or anyone for that matter. Maca is a known aphrodisiac and stress soother. Extra Protein only if you want. And the freshly made Almond milk made it taste so delicious! Walnuts also add Omegas.
Whenever I blog a dish I get to pick edible flowers, I would say if you grow anything grow these edible flowers. While in the garden I caught a whiff of the orange blossoms, so beautiful I had to add to photo. If you ever get near an orange tree make sure to inhale the scent of the orange blossoms they are so intoxicatingly beautiful!
