SUPERFOODS OATMEAL
Boil 2 cups of water with salt
Add 1 cup of Gluten-free Oats
Simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add one package of Blue Majik Spirulina and blend into oats really well.
SMOOTHIE BOWL
Blend 1 Raw Living Foods Coconut Mylk
1 Pint Strawberries
1 Pint Blueberries
Handful Hemp Seeds
1 Tbs. Raw Vanilla Powder
Place oats in middle of bowl, and surround with smoothie mixture.
It’s been colder than normal in Mill Valley, so oatmeal is always a great way to warm up in the morning. Adding the extra kick of Blue Magik Spirulina, full of Vitamins A, B2, B12, and Iron.
This smoothie bowl was so delicious, it didn’t need a bit of sweetner, the Vanilla Powder I use is high quality, and seems to add a bit of sweetness, along with the fruits. Enjoy!
