Having been friends of the Baptiste *American Yoginis* family for a long time, was invited last night to Sherri’s daughter’s engagement party. Spoke with her brother, Baron Baptiste, of Baptiste Yoga very briefly about going Vegan and he said “Yes! to going vegan! So happy for you Baron! The animals, planet and your health! ~~ ❥
There was no vegan food, I asked the server if the chef could kindly make us something and he did, when other people saw it, they asked for some too. You can always make change by speaking up, you never know who you are going to influence, the animals don’t have time for us to be silent. Namaste <3
