5 Large Golden Yukon Potatoes
Soy Butter
Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
Chives/Favorite Herbs from garden
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes almost all the way through, in separate pan melt approximately 1/4 cup Soy Butter, Olive Oil and diced garlic, heat through. Drizzle over sliced potatoes, with sprinkles of salt and pepper.
Bake for 1 hour check for doneness around 45 minutes. Sprinkle Chives and favorite herbs and serve.
