Dried mushrooms
6 White Mushrooms quartered
3 -4 Carrots sliced diagonally
1/4 cup leek sliced with green parts
1 Red Onion Sliced
1 slice Hannah Sweet Potato
2 stalks Celery diced
Handful of Fresh Thyme
2 Kombu Strips
1 Large head of Escarole

In a soup pot fill almost to top considering the vegetables adding water, bring to boil, all the while adding the vegetables accept Escarole. You can simmer for at least an hour to two hours. Add the Escarole the last 5 minutes of finishing this broth and add salt and serve. Eat the Escarole and some veggies. Strain the soup into glassware and store in fridge.
This broth is healing with minerals, iodine from the kombu, a beautifying soup without the need for animal parts which can contain lead in the bones.
