HUMMUS
2 cups Jovial Organic jarred Chickpeas reserve 1/2 the liquid
4 Cloves garlic chopped
1 Lemon juiced
1 tbs. browned Cumin Seed
2 tbs. EVOO
Salt
Garnish ~ Smoked Paprika, EVOO, Chickpeas sautéd, Marash Red Pepper, and Urfa Black Pepper
Blend all ingredients, adding the reserved chickpea liquid until smooth, you can also use water if needed for desired consistency. Adjust the seasonings. When you sauté the cumin seed it brings depth of flavor. Meyer Lemons are always best when in season. Garnish with EVOO, Paprika and peppers you can find at a Spanish Store or online, these are always excellent to have as a blogger for added beauty.
SEASONED CHICKPEAS
1 Jar Jovial Chickpeas
1 Clove Garlic peeled
EVOO
Marash Pepper
Sauté the chickpeas in EVOO and turn frequently until slightly browned. Add the Marash while cooking and salt to taste.
COUSCOUS
Jar of m’hamsa hand-rolled Couscous ~ 1 cup Couscous
1& 1/2 cups water
2 tbs. EVOO
Salt
Bring water to a boil and add ingredients, cover and return to boil and turn off heat let sit 7 – 10 minutes, fluff and separate.
BROCCOLINI washed and de-stemmed
EVOO
Lemon
Salt
In a large iron skillet heat EVOO and garlic, add the Broccolini and sauté on all sides, add salt, add a splash of water and cover for a few minutes and until bright green remove from the pan and add a squeeze of lemon.

Who doesn’t love Hummus? You can always buy it without adding to your cooking time. And then Buddha Bowls are king for getting your nutrition in with colors of the rainbow.
