Lettuces from garden, Oak leaf, Butter lettuce, Arugula, Kale, Baby Mustard Greens, Broccoli, Cilantro Flowers

6 Tbs. White Balsamic
4 Tbs. EVOO
2 Tbs. Flax Oil
1/4 of Shallot minced
very little minced garlic
It was a long hot draught summer,the lettuces really delicious in October. Love how the Cilantro flowers pop out the flavors and the White Balsamic is perfect for the lightness of this salad.
