In a Vitamix or blender blend the nuts adding water for desired consistency on high. I just eyed a handful of each nuts, they each have different benefits. Sunflowers are high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, zinc which is great for skin health, including magnesium, calcium and phosphorus for healthy bones. Cashews are also great for skin, helps in weight management, boost immunity, reduces inflammation. Macadamia nuts can help lower your LDL cholesterol, contain protein, high amounts of beneficial fats and fiber, can help you fell full for longer, they also reduce inflammation and improve artery function. Nuts are a great source of protein, healthy unsaturated fats and fiber.
Beetroot is rich in folate, B9 cells grow and function, gives you energy, it also reduces risk of heart disease and stroke.
