Grated Ginger
Just add a splash of Tamari, approx. 2 tbs. Orange juice, and smooth your consistency as you blend and taste with a little water, and you’ll have the BEST tasting “Peanut” Sauce. Peanuts contain a species of mold (Aspergillus Flavus) that produces aflatoxin. I learned this from my Hipprocrates training. This almond butter tasted far better. I would highly recommend this brand when you make “Peanut” Sauce. This was incredible. It should store in fridge for at least a week. I’ve been eating raw spring rolls with it and it’s simply DIVINE!
