Morning Detox Lemon Water

This simple to make lemon water is the first drink after my coffee 😉  Squeeze the lemon into the water, add the cinnamon sticks, and grated ginger, happened to have lemongrass growing in the garden and added that for benefits of as a potent antioxidant, healthy skin, aiding in detoxification.  Ginger is beneficial in the fight against cancer, great for digestive, and known as an aphrodisiac.
