Layer bowl with polenta, chickpea stew, yellow peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, roasted garlic, garlic bread

This was such an amazingly delicious and easy to make bowl, you can start with roasted the potatoes, and prepping everything. It’s certainly worth the time to prepare a whole-foods plant-based diet. Your cells thrive on this food. Plants heal, and I hope you will make it and give me feedback that you tried it! Enjoy, it’s like traveling to another country and enjoying their cuisine, one day Morocco! Have you ever been?
