Organic Kale Pesto with Pasta

1 Bunch Dino Kale

2 Cloves Garlic or more

Handful of Walnuts

EVOO, salt, Nutritional Yeast

Blend all ingredients, you can mix with Basil Pesto which I just happened to have a fresh jar in the fridge!  Boil Pasta and blend together.   Add more salt if needed.

Always love having fresh basil pesto to add to almost anything!   This dish was great on St. Patrick’s Day but would serve any day of the week!  Just happened to have some freshly made vegan Ricotta from Ales and Avocados lasagna recipe to top it off!  A great salad with lots of veggies is a must!  Enjoy! FullSizeRender
