Rustic Bakery Flax and Sunflower Seed Pain de Campagne sliced
Miyoko’s Creamery Creamy Chive Cheese
Vegan Mayo
bbq sauce Brand is “bbq”
Zucchini Sliced thin
Baby Eggplant Sliced thin
Red onion sliced thin
Red Peppers sliced thin

Pickles are in this one (the one I had tonight was the best without)
Artichoke Hearts brand is Masseria Mirogallo, the absolute best!

Marinade: EVOO, Balsamic, Organic Lebanese Za’taar by Adonis Valley from Za’taar Roads, Rose Harissa, Rose Salt, Fresh Oregano, 1 clove Garlic smashed.

Marinate the veggies for at least 15 minutes. Before you grill the veggies, slice the french bread, and prepare with Miyiko’s Creamy Chive Vegan Cheese left at room temperature for 15. Spread on the bread.

VEGGIES:Grill on each side until done and not overcooked! Check because you don’t want them overcooked and mushy. Approximately 3 -4 minutes each side. Set aside on warm pan.

Heat non-stick pan with Avocado Oil, and add slice of bread spread with vegan cheese, put the other slice on top. Cover to heat the cheese. Check for doneness and flip when browned. Remove from heat and layer with Vegan Mayo, BBQ Sauce, Artichokes.

Garnish with flowers and Olives and serve warm. Have you ever eaten anything so orgasmic you’re blown away with the taste?
