Rice Paper Rolls
Julienned Carrot
Julienned Persian Cucumber sliced flat
Julienned Radish
Sliced very thin Red Pepper
Fresh Mint Leaves
Greens from the Garden

Dip Rice Paper quickly into plate of water and make sure it’s completely wet. Layer with flowers so they show at top, mint, greens, cucumber, carrot, radish, red peppers. Roll and serve with Peanut Sauce in previous post. Creamy and so great for a HOT summer night. You’re going to love how beautiful these are and delicious to eat. Enjoy!
