This is inspired by all the raw vegan meet-ups I went to and learned from raw foodist, such as Mikaele Tate and Ronnie Landis. Salads like these are healing on so many levels all the nutrients of live organic food. Kimchee is a fermented sauerkraut great for digestion, which is key for clear, glowy skin. Hemp seeds are full of Omegas, Sunflower seeds provide Vitamin E, B1 and Copper, manganese, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, Vitamin B6, Folate, and Niacin. Black Olives are a great source of dietary Fiber, Iron, Vitamin E. Enjoy!!!
