4 cups Heirloom Black Cherokee Tomatoes, shift around on cutting boards to eliminate as many seeds as possible

2 cups skinned cucumbers diced finely removing seeds

1/4 cup finely diced basil

1 slice Red Onion finely diced

2 Lemons squeezed into all ingredients mixed in bowl

For base blend another 2-4 tomatoes in blender with squeeze of lemon add to above

Add pink himalyan salt to taste..

Raw Black olives at end
