1 Jar Sun-dried Tomatoes
Basil Pesto
Raw Black Olives

CASHEW RICOTTA
2 cups Cashews (soaked for approx 2 hours)
1 & 1/2 Lemon juiced
2 tbs. Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Cup Water
Salt/Pepper
Splash Apple Cider Vinegar
Soak almonds for at least 2 hours, strain and place in blender with lemon, Nutritional Yeast, water, ACV and blend, add salt to taste, blend and add dash of pepper and blend. You’ll find yourself adjusting the water, lemon and flavors for your desired consistency! So easy to make and delicious!
SUN-DRIED TOMATO PESTO
1 jar of Sun-dried tomatoes
1 Clove Garlic
Drain most of the oil off, and blend in a cuisinart, you made need to add a little more oil for a good blend.
BASIL PESTO
Store bought local made
Take the crust, and layer with ricotta, arugula, pestos, tapenade and top with tomato, red pepper, olives.
Garnish with Red Pepper, Urfa Pepper and finest raw olive oil, at Rallis Olive Oil.
This was so easy and delicious. The raw wraps are must have in your kitchen! A great find at Erewhon markets in Los Angeles. But I’m sure you can find them online; Wrapfoods is the brand. They have wraps for lunch, dinner and sweet for breakfast, and the pizza crusts are really good and gluten-free!
