Ronnie Landis ~~ Superfood Dinner

photoSalad~ Red butter lettuce, Arugula, Romaine, carrots chopped, Cucumber sliced, Raw Walnuts, Raw Black Olives, Kim Chee

Dressing:  In Vitamix or blender,
1 Heirloom tomato,
2 Avocados,
1 Red Bell Pepper,
Spirulina, Chlorella, (Healthforce Superfoods)
Olive Oil,
1/2 Lemon,
pink sea salt

YUM!!  All the protein, antioxidants, superfoods, greens, for a complete meal!
We felt very lucky to have Ronnie Landis stay with us, and also give a lecture here at a raw foods meet-up.  He has written many books on diet “The Live It Lifestyle,”  and also lectures around the states, about the powers of a raw food lifestyle.  Make sure you check out his books, they are highly recommended by David Wolfe, and many other raw foodist looking for a healthier way to live.
