Simple Tofu Veggie Bowl w Tahini Dressing

1 Hodo Soy Package Moroccan Tofu
1 Carrot peeled and sliced

1/4 tbs. chopped Dill

Kale, washed and stemmed

Tahini Dressing:

1/2 Cup Tahini

1&1/2 cups water

1 Lemon juiced

4-6 cloves garlic

Salt

1 tbs. Nutritional Yeast

Blend

TOFU
This is a simple packaged tofu seasoned, so you just sauté until browned.

SHORT GRAIN BROWN RICE

2 cups water

1 cup short grain brown rice

Salt

Miso, ginger, garlic

Boil the water, add the rice, cover and simmer for approximately 20-25 minutes. Taste for doneness. While it’s cooking, in a separate tiny mixing bowl combine 1/2 tbs. Miso, 1 clove garlic minced and a little ginger minced with shredder, combine and then add to water.

CARROTS

Wash, peel and dice into small pieces. Cook in sauté pan with a little oil, garlic for approx. 7 minutes. Splash with water and cover for approximately 4 minutes, adding a little chopped dill. Check for doneness.

KALE

Heat oil in pan, add some garlic, add the kale, and sauté until bright green approximately 4 minutes, add splash of water and cover and cook for 3 minutes. Check for doneness. Squeeze of lemon over top.

Make your bowl, and add Tahini sauce over everything. It’s so good! Hope you enjoy. You can save the Tahini in fridge for up to 4 days for your other bowls, veggies, salads, etc… Being vegan is simple and so delicious! Let me know if you tried! Thank you for being here!
