3 Sweet Hannah (white) Potatoes
Plant milk
Miyoko’s Butter
1 clove minced garlic
1-2 Tbs. Kite Hill Ricotta Vegan Cheese
Sauté the garlic in a little melted butter, add the cooked sweet potatoes and mash with masher. Add the plant milk for your desired consistency, add the Kite Hill Ricotta and blend.
Garnish with a dollop of vegan butter in center, mmmm so creamy and good! Add flowers, and chives, and a piece of crystal to vibe it up! Don’t eat it though! 🙂
I could have used the electric whipper for smoother creamier blend, but this was my fast food. I used this for the leftover sloppy joes the next night and it was so good, but would make these anytime.
Inspired by my best friend, Brazilian Sidney! He makes amazing food when we are together and we inspire each other. Although he’s not vegan, he makes vegan whole foods and encourages his friends! That’s what we want! He’s such a love like these potatoes were! You’re going to love them, you must try!
