Spanish Med Pochas Bean Dip w/Lemon Mustard Dressing

13 ounce jar of Pochas Beans
6 cloves garlic finely chopped

1 Red Pepper diced

Lemond Mustard Dressing is on previous post

Blend the beans add the dressing, possibly 1/4 cup to less than 1/2 cup. Add garlic into a Cuisinart and blend. Add the peppers and blend with a fork.

BROCCOLI

Saute in a little garlic, splash the pan with water and cover until broccoli is a light green. Squeeze with lemon.

Slice Sourdough

Heat skillet with Grapeseed Oil, Garlic minced, sauté on both sides until browned.

Plate with Crisp Romaine Lettuce for dipping, arrange tomatoes, broccoli, and layer your bread with the dip, pesto. So delicious and easy to make. I feel very blessed to have a local, mostly organic, Spanish store, called The Spanish Store. They have amazing jarred organic food. The peppers are amazing. You can always roast your own peppers it’s easy to do and smells heavenly.
