

1 Bag Frozen Organic Edamame Beans
Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Green Olives pitted
2 small Persian Cucumbers diced
1 Red Bell Pepper diced
1 Shallot diced
DRESSING
1/2 Jar Tahini
1 bunch Mint diced
1/2 bunch Cilantro diced
1 clove Garlic diced
Water for consistency
Blend all ingredients.
Defrost beans at room temperature, or to just a cool temperature for a hot day.
Prepare all ingredients and serve with fresh mixed organic lettuces. Makes for a refreshing beautiful healthy salad. Salads are key to hydrating skin and cells, cucumbers are supreme, and edamame is the perfect protein. Delicious! Enjoy!
