Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto with Cast Iron Garlic Bread

1 jar of Mediterranean Organic Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 Clove Minced Garlic
Very small pinch of salt

Blend and you have some of the best Pesto and so easy! Use it as a side dip, on sandwiches or pastas.


4 Slices of your favorite Sourdough Bread *Flax Seeded pictured
Iron Skillet
Organic Garlic Salt
1 Clove Garlic Minced
Grapeseed Oil

Heat your cast Iron pan or any pan, but this cast iron turns out the best grilled breads! Add the oil and garlic salt to your liking and the crushed garlic heat for a few seconds and add bread and toast until golden on both sides over low to medium heat. Serve with pestos, dips, for sandwiches, it’s divine tasting.
