  • Blueberries
  • Lucuma
  • Chia Seeds
  • Homemade Macadamia Nut Milk

Whisk 1 tsp Lucuma into plant milk, whisk in Chia, add Blueberries. * Let set in refrigerator Overnight or for 1-2 hours.
*Get your beautiful bowl or vessel you plan to use and rather than measure, add the milk to fill it first and then chia seeds stirred in to make sure they are balanced so any amount that fills the vessel, continuously stirring, let it settle in fridge and check for consistency, then carefully plate the blueberries in as the begin to settle you can see where more will need placement. If you like to measure approx. 4 tbs. Chia to 1 Cup Plant milk is the go-to recipe.
Lucuma is the best sweetener; A lucious beauty berry with antixodant properties, including essential trace minerals and beta-carotene to support beauty, skin and energy.

Primrose flower/plant was a gift from a friend it takes center stage.

This was one the best Chia puddings I’ve ever made, the lucuma gave it the perfect sweetness without being overly sweet. And it was so beautiful to eat. My cells felt it vibrating with love. It’s amazing what beauty food can do for you. Hope you give it a try. A great breakfast of dessert for that matter! Enjoy!
