Right after I made this, was checking my emails and found one from my FB page, asking for a green juice recipe with calcium. Both parsley, cucumber and Kale have a great amount of calcium, including Dandelion greens. Next time I would do Dandelion, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon and Kale. But the synchronicity of this juice and his comment was perfect. Also the Red Kale gives such a great flavor to your juices. Give it a try and let me know how you like it! This is enough juice for a whole day! <3
