Vegan Creamy Alfredo Sauce

1 Medium Onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups Raw Cashews

3 cups of Purified Water

1 Tbs. Lemon Juice

2 Tbs. Fresh From the Fields* Nutritional Yeast

2 tsp. Salt

Parsley/Black Pepper

1 Box of Tagliatelle Pasta or your favorite Pasta

Vegan Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Sauté onion in a little EVOO to just light light brown.  Combine all ingredients in food processor and add onions and blend.  You can warm very lightly in sauce pan.  I used a thick Tagliatelle Pasta or your favorite pasta.

 

This is by far the best Alfredo Sauce I’ve ever made!  So easy to make, would definitely serve this to company.  Served with a side of Spinach, Red Pepper, Mushroom Saute and or Green Salad with lots of veggies.  Garnish is important with Alfredo, parsley really pops the flavor, along with thick cracked black pepper if that suits your taste buds!  Enjoy!
