2 tbs. Just Mayo
2 tbs. EVOO
1 tbs. Dijon Mustard
1/2 Shallot diced, 1/2 Garlic clove diced
salt
Whip together in small bowl.
Serve on crisp cold Butter Lettuce with diced chives. This was always a favorite when dining at a French Restaurant and never knew it contained mayo! The Egg Board recently gave flack to Just Mayo saying they didn’t like them calling it Mayo and didn’t like bloggers using the name vegan mayo. So hence the recipe and so amazingly lovely! It’s called Freedom of speech!
