In an exhilarating race, Lewis Hamilton led from start to finish at the Monaco Grand Prix to win his dramatic fourth race of the season!

Our vegan champion dedicated the victory to his hero Niki Lauda, the three-time world champion who died at age 70 earlier this month.

“That was definitely the hardest race I’ve had but nonetheless I really was fighting with the spirit of Niki [Lauda],” Hamilton declared after the race.

Lewis went on to say, “He’s been such an influence in our team and I know he will be looking down and taking his hat off.

“I was trying to stay focused and make him proud that’s been the goal all week and we truly miss him.”

You can watch on his instagram the winding roads of Monaco in this dramatic race, quite the Champ! Hamilton was deep in the race with Max Verstappen defending his lead in the race with a victory!

Hamilton has claimed many times, that he is opposed to animal cruelty:

“Animal cruelty, global warming, and our personal health is at stake.” I’m on a mission to go vegan people!

“Every person I have met who has gone vegan says it is the best decision they have ever made. When you watch this documentary “What the Health,” and see meat clogging up your arteries you see all the stuff they put in the meat, stuff we are all eating there is no way I am going to disregard that.”

“The cruelty is horrible and I don’t want to support that. And I want to live a healthier life.”

Well the prove is in his claim to fame at being one of the most famous Race Car Champions in history. A huge congratulations to Lewis Hamilton for his compassion, and his big win in Monaco yesterday!
