1 Package Hodo Soya Tofu ( Sesame Oil, Mirin, Tamari)
1 Bunch Bok Choy, sliced length wise
1 -2 Bunches Broccoli, chopped
1 Red Bell & 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
3 Carrots sliced
1 Onion sliced quarted
4 heads garlic
In Cast Iron Pan
Take tofu block and slice in half in the middle add in Sesame oil in Cast Iron pan, sauté until brown on both sides, add a splash of Mirin, to sear, both sides, then add Tamari and cook until browned. Slice into cubes
In large Cast Iron pan, sauté onion, garlic, in Sesame oil add Carrots first, cook, add peppers, then add bok choy, cook, add broccoli, and mung bean sprouts, add a 1/4 cup water to steam veggies, add tamari to your desire.. Serve over cooked Soba Noodles Add Tofu on individual servings with Black Sesame seeds for garnish..and added calcium.
