My best friend, Mikaéle Holzer, is a great advocate for the vegan diet, she runs her own “Green Your Spirit”, Hippocrates Institute trained juicing company.  Sharing her love of vegan food.

Hope for true love and the fact that veganism is spreading like wildfire!  They catered a full on gourmet vegan meal. And the new groom, a musician, Cole Tate, spoke about how important veganism is (to around 90 relatives and friends), “For your health and the environment we are serving a vegan meal”

Organic Vegetable Crudite, Hummus, Lavash, Pita.
Grilled Eggplant Caprese, Heirloom Tomatoes, Moxarella, Basil.
Stuffed Avocado, Spicy Corn, Black Beans, Quinoa Citrus Salad.
Gingered Sweet Potatoes, Mustard Greens, Apricot Olive Relish.
Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Fingerling Potatoes, Notcho Cashew Cheeze.
Farmers Market Vegetable Naoplean, Quinoa, Polelnta, Balsamic Harissa.
Farro Paella, Castroville Artichokes, Roasted Garlic, Sweet Peppers, Marinated Olives. Vegan Strawberry Pies, Assorted Cupcakes.  <3 YUM!  Our friend, Jia Patton made the most amazing vegan strawberry pies!  Weddings can be so beautiful especially cruelty-free!
