Katrina’s Açai Berry Bowl

Sambazon 2 Single Serve Packs Açai Berry
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Coconut Water
1/4 Cup Organic Soy Milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth
One Degree Organic Vegan Granola in bottom of bowl, top with ble
top with blueberries, blackberries, Goji Berries, Banana, Hemp Seeds, Vanilla Powder.

My first encounter with an Açai Berry Bowl was in Hawaii, and it was outstanding. This recipe is easy to do and takes less than 10 minutes.  A delicious was to get nutrient-rich Superfoods.  Loaded with phytochemicals, antioxidants that protect against cancer and heart disease.  What’s not to love about a beautiful Açai bowl.  You’ll notice with Açai Bowls that honey is often used, if you want to add a sweetener would do Maple Syrup, but I rarely add sweetener because fruits are already sweet!  This one is inspired by my daughter, Katrina.  13235947_10209516630654322_171113564_n
